LELO Marketing Communications ManagerTITLE: LELO Marketing Communications ManagerREPORTING TO: Global Communications ManagerLOCATION: Shanghai, ChinaGENERAL SUMMARY: LELO – the world’s leading designer brand for intimate lifestyle products -is seeking a highly creative, talented and goal-driven MarCom professional with campaign management experience to take our global communications to a new level of success. Joining a company with more than 10 offices worldwide that has experienced 200% growth in last 3 years, the role delivers outstanding prospects for future growth. Joining a multinational team of 30+ foreigners, you would be charged with directing LELO’s communications activities in US, Europe and Australian markets, tied to products launches and seasonal campaigns through extensive owned, earned and sponsored media placements. Requires blend of strategic and hands-on skillset, and the drive to take on one of the most exciting marketing challenges around – namely opening people’s minds to the value of LELO.ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Report directly to Global Communications Manager and take full responsibility to manage projects with marketing specialists, international graphic designers, copywriters and PR Team across the organization. General Requirements:•Ability to strategically plan and lead a team to implement highly effective global communications campaigns•Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously•Able to develop effective strategies and customized marketing plans, collateral and campaigns that win new business•Energetic, self-starter, forward thinking, and creative individual•Intelligent and articulate; can relate to people at all levels of our organization•Passionate and experienced with creative social media marketing applications•Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Highly creative, an outside the box thinker•Experience in both B2B and B2C channels a plusMinimum experience: •Minimum 5+ year’s related experience required. Agency background is welcome. Must have degree from accredited university.Languages Required: •Fluency in English, Native Speaker a plus•Chinese fluency not required.
