I am looking for someone familiar with the local markets and knowledgeable on how to find IT suppliers and professional expertise here in Shenzhen. I have a company in Hong Kong and I am not fluent in Chinese. The ideal consultant must be conversational in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, in addition to Mandarin.
