You will use our internal IT systems to coordinate with customer service and quality control. We offer a pleasant working environment with an international team. Your Responsibilities: - Check and process orders to factories.- Check and prepare orders for shipping.- Communicate with customer service about order updates.- Communicate with production facilities about order updates.- Answering emails and updating shipping codes. Candidate Profile: - You speak and write good English.- You speak and write fluent Mandarin.- You are organized, reliable, efficient.- You are detailed-oriented.- You are quality-oriented.- You like things perfect.- You like daily routines.- You can work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).- You have experience in operations or related (not a must, but a plus).- You have a relevant business education (minimum bachelor degree).- You are a Chinese citizen.
