岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 市场营销 / Marketing • 制定并执行公司市场营销战略,明确目标市场、竞争定位和客户群体。 Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy, identifying target markets, competitive positioning, and customer groups. • 负责市场数据的收集与分析,包括客户需求、竞争对手、市场规模和发展趋势。 Collect and analyze market data, including customer needs, competitors, market size, and trends. • 规划并监控广告投放预算,确保资源利用最大化和投资回报率提升。 Plan and monitor advertising budgets to maximize resource utilization and ROI. • 开展数字营销活动,包括搜索引擎优化(SEO)、搜索引擎广告(SEM)以及社交媒体广告投放。 Execute digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. • 策划和执行线上线下的营销活动,如展会、推广会、线上广告投放等。 Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, such as trade shows, promotions, and online advertisements. • 建立并维护公司与合作伙伴、行业媒体及相关机构的合作关系,扩大市场覆盖率。 Build and maintain partnerships with industry media, partners, and relevant organizations to expand market coverage. • 定期召开市场工作会议,汇报进展并讨论市场计划的优化。 Hold regular marketing meetings to report progress and discuss strategy optimization. 品牌推广 / Brand Promotion • 设计并实施全年度品牌推广方案,涵盖活动策划、内容传播、媒体合作等方面。 Design and implement annual brand promotion plans, including event planning, content dissemination, and media partnerships. • 建立品牌视觉识别体系,确保品牌形象在所有宣传渠道中的一致性。 Establish a brand visual identity system to ensure consistent branding across all channels. • 协调公司内部设计团队和外部供应商,完成高质量的宣传材料和品牌内容。 Coordinate internal design teams and external vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials and brand content. • 策划并管理品牌活动,包括展会、发布会、客户见面会等,确保活动的吸引力和传播效果。 Plan and manage brand events, including trade shows, launch events, and client meetings, ensuring their appeal and outreach effectiveness. • 跟踪品牌知名度和客户满意度指标,提供针对性改进方案。 Monitor brand awareness and customer satisfaction metrics, providing targeted improvement plans. 客户线索管理 / Lead Management • 制定高效的线索收集和管理流程,从潜在客户识别到最终成交进行全程跟踪。 Develop efficient lead collection and management processes, tracking from identification to conversion. • 借助CRM(客户关系管理)工具维护客户数据库,确保数据的完整性和实时更新。 Use CRM tools to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database. • 每周提交客户线索管理报告,包含线索来源、数量、质量和转化率等数据分析。 Submit weekly lead management reports, including data analysis on lead sources, quality, and conversion rates. 其他职责 / Other Responsibilities • 协助其他部门完成与市场营销和品牌推广相关的交叉性任务。 Assist other departments with tasks related to marketing and brand promotion. • 根据公司战略调整,参与新的市场开拓项目并提供相关支持。 Participate in new market expansion projects and provide related support based on company strategy. • 完成甲方指派的其他任务,以满足公司运营需求。 Complete other tasks assigned by Party A to meet operational needs.
职位要求
