Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis Conduct regular market research, collect and analyze data on industry trends, competitor information, customer feedback, etc. Combined with the company's strategic objectives, develop market analysis reports to provide data support for decision-making. Marketing Strategy Formulation Based on the results of market research, develop and optimize marketing strategies, including product positioning, target market selection, pricing strategies, etc. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies. Marketing Campaign Management Plan and organize all kinds of marketing activities, such as online and offline publicity, exhibition participation, promotional activities, etc. Monitor the effect of the activities, evaluate the ROI and adjust the strategy accordingly. Brand building and management Formulate brand development plan to enhance brand awareness, reputation and loyalty. Manage brand communication channels to ensure consistency and integrity of brand image. Marketing Team Management Set up and manage the marketing team, and clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of team members. Organize regular team training to enhance team members' professional skills and business capabilities. Motivate team members to maintain team morale and cohesion.
