- Bachelor's degree or above - Native fluency in Spanish/Portuguese with excellent reading and writing skills - 1+ years of experience managing talents/influencers - Excellent interpersonal communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable meeting goals and owning responsibilities - Enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented, self starter, fast learner, and multitasker
