工作职责
1. Search and screen overseas partners and agents, and establish export cooperation relationships; Responsible for overseas market expansion;
2. Overseas business trips, product promotion and market promotion through e-commerce and online platforms, with a focus on developing major clients;
3. Organize participation in international exhibitions, track and establish relationships with potential clients;
4. Responsible for responding to inquiries from online customers, receiving and providing quotes for incoming and outgoing customers;
5. Establish and maintain customer profiles for updates. Determine market development plans based on regional tasks, including key promoted models;
6. Assist in achieving regional sales targets: break down the sales targets based on the headquarters' regional sales targets, and jointly develop annual and quarterly sales targets, market promotions, and sales plans with branch offices/general agents. Guide and assist dealers in achieving stage sales targets;
7. Team collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with after-sales service, supervise dealers to cooperate with after-sales service in resolving customer complaints, and participate in and coordinate business cooperation between relevant functional blocks within the department.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, e-commerce, machinery, electronics, etc., proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. More than 3 years of experience in foreign trade business, familiar with export business processes, with priority given to those with experience in valve export business;
3. Has strong communication, coordination, and learning abilities, is sensitive to the market, has a proactive and responsible attitude, has certain management skills, and can provide guidance and training to the sales team;
4. Having certain market expansion ability, relationship building ability, and business negotiation skills;
5. Familiar with the American market;
6. Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.
