Establish and manage local network of medical providers to enhance service delivery; Manage all operations of Thailand office, including administration and external relationship; Recruit and train team members to ensure high performance and engagement; Coordinate effectively with the head office to align objectives and strategies; Drive project initiatives as directed by headquarter and lead the team to achieve targets . Propose innovative ideas to improve service standards and contribute to overall service management; Other task assigned by the company

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experienced in sales and business development, preferably in medical or insurance industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with external partners and headquarters. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Adaptable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Proficient in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus.
