工作职责
1. Financial Records and Statements: Responsible for handling daily financial transactions, including but not limited to account recording, voucher preparation and entry, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data; assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.
2. Tax Handling: Familiar with Hong Kong tax regulations, responsible for the company's tax filing work, including salaries tax, etc., ensuring tax compliance.
3. Office Environment and Facility Management: Responsible for the docking work of the decoration of the Hong Kong office; the procurement, registration, maintenance and scrapping of office and R & D equipment to ensure their normal operation.
4. Company Document, Material and Seal Management: Conduct data processing and storage in accordance with relevant regulations and company systems.
5. External Communication and Coordination: Communicate and liaise with government departments, partners, suppliers, etc., maintaining good cooperative relationships; assist in applying for government subsidies or preferential policies, etc.
6. Other office matters assigned by the leadership.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Financial Management or related fields.
2. Possess solid professional financial knowledge and be familiar with Hong Kong financial accounting standards and tax regulations.
3. Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, etc.) and financial software systems, with strong data processing and analysis capabilities.
4. Have the ability to listen, speak, read and write in both Chinese and English, be able to conduct daily business English communication, and it is better to have certain Cantonese communication skills.
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, work carefully, meticulously, rigorously and responsibly, and possess strong learning ability and communication and coordination skills.
