职位职责
1 Responsibilities: 1.1 Facing the overseas market, lead the team to collect potential customer information through websites, international phone calls, emails and other forms, and develop overseas customers (including foreign direct customers and foreign freight forwarders) through tools such as SKYPE, WeChat, email, Google, Facebook, etc; 1.2 Relying on the company's international maritime, air and other advantageous resources, promote the company's main route products, and realize the promotion and sales of direct customers and freight forwarders in foreign markets; 1.3 According to the company's marketing strategy, actively complete the sales volume index and expand the company's popularity and share in the overseas market; 1.4 Maintain good communication with foreign customers, grasp customer needs in real time, solve customer sales problems, provide appropriate quotation schemes, routes, etc., and improve after-sales service; 1.5 Maintain the old customers assigned by the company, manage customer files, and visit customers regularly; 1.6 Empower the BD team responsible for the route, and do a good job of team support and coordination.
职位要求
Qualifications 2.1. College degree or above, no limit to majors; 2.2. Above CET-4 and fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing; 2.3. Have more than two years of overseas sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, and those who have served as overseas sellers of routes are preferred; 2.4. Be able to skillfully use computer and office software, WHATSAPP Facebook and other social tools; 2.5. For foreign employees who have the background of studying/living/working in China, it is better to speak Chinese and understand the local international logistics market in oversea.
