职位职责
1,Handle customer complaints regarding product technology, provide timely feedback on results to customers, and conduct regular follow-up visits. 2, Guide customers to use the product correctly, solve common problems, introduce relevant knowledge, and collect and organize customer feedback information. 3, Based on the complaint summary and market feedback, propose product improvement suggestions to the department head, coordinate and formulate improvement plans, and promote the improvement of product quality. 4, Accept special orders according to customer requirements and cooperate with after-sales technical support. 5, Organize and implement technical training for customers, sales personnel, and customer service personnel based on product characteristics and user manuals. 6, Customer visits and maintenance, customer after-sales service, and inspection work. 7, Responsible for handling and answering customer inquiries, providing timely on-site service for issues that cannot be resolved over the phone. 8, Complete the relevant tasks arranged by the service manager and superiors. 9, Strictly safeguard the trade secrets of the company.
职位要求
