工作职责
Job responsibilities:
1、Explore overseas markets: responsible for exploring and developing overseas markets, understand the market dynamics and competition; develop a reasonable market expansion plan, looking for new customers and business opportunities; develop customer channels, establish and maintain customer relationships, expand the company's brand awareness, and improve the company's competitiveness in the overseas market;
2、Customer management: responsible for managing the company's customer base in the overseas market, including the establishment of customer files, record customer information, analyze customer needs, provide product solutions, etc., in order to achieve customer satisfaction and performance achievement;
3、Seek business opportunities: collect market information, look for potential business opportunities related to the company's products and business, and develop corresponding marketing plan to expand the company's influence in overseas markets;
4、Monitoring market changes: Responsible for monitoring market changes, understanding market trends, developing market research plans, assessing market potential and risk, and formulating appropriate strategies to provide reference for the company's decision-making;
5、Maintaining the company's image: responsible for maintaining the company's brand image, resolving customer complaints and dealing with customer issues in a timely manner, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. And keep track of the market performance, adjust and optimize products and services to improve the company's competitiveness in overseas markets.
职位要求
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, master at least one foreign language, such as English, Korean or Japanese, nationality is not limited;
2、With automation related supply chain or CM manufacturer work experience, with certain local contacts or customer resources;
3、Have good market sensitivity, business ability and organization and coordination ability, as well as good communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
Remarks: base salary + commission, full-time / part-time are available
