职位职责
1. Fully responsible for overseas market development and project operation, and quickly established localized operation mode; 2. Responsible for business development of overseas sales market, development of various channels, construction and maintenance of channels and channel management; 3. Timely grasp information and trends of overseas markets, dynamics of competitors and sales activities, and formulate relevant strategies; 4. Global overseas marketing strategies and coping strategies, determine the implementation of overseas strategies and achieve the goals; 5. Responsible for the control and implementation of marketing plans, and guarantee the achievement of sales profit targets; 6. Responsible for overseas sales data of channels/stores, statistical analysis and analysis of sales data to form global sales data reports, so as to support the formulation of the company's operational strategies and the development of related work of various departments; 7. Responsible for the construction of all overseas sales teams, including training, assessment and motivation for subordinates;Cultivate sales team, motivate team strength and improve work efficiency; 8. Taking efficient and professional system as the goal of organizational construction, and improving various rules and regulations and working procedures of sales work; 9. Timely complete all tasks assigned by the group and superior leaders. This position is tentatively scheduled to work in shenzhen, and later to work in Hong Kong.
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, marketing, international trade or related majors. Overseas study experience is preferred. 2. Master solid basic management theory and management skills, at least 3 years of overseas sales experience and working and living experience, familiar with foreign sales operation process and able to complete various business negotiations; 3. Have long-term overseas life and learning experience, and have my own unique understanding and experience of the culture and life of overseas countries; 4. Have strong market sensitivity, excellent communication skills and understanding ability, and have a profound understanding of overseas market operation; 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be willing to communicate with others, and be accustomed to practice to verify their ideas;
