Main responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overall operational optimization of overseas projects, ensuring the smooth completion of performance indicators; 2. Develop and implement the annual market expansion and business strategy work plan for the operations department; 3. Establish and improve system standards for overseas stores to standardize and streamline their operations; 4. Provide skill training for the region to develop, deploy, and supervise the implementation of work plans.

Job requirements: 1. Accept overseas business trips or stay overseas, English or Thai can be used as the working language; 2. More than 5 years of experience in operating and managing chain brand enterprises, with overseas work experience; 3. Familiar with the establishment and operation management of chain stores; 4. Good communication, leadership, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills.
