职位职责
Job Responsibilities: 1、Develop and manage overseas hotel suppliers in the tourism industry, such as bedbanks (wholesalers) and other OTAs. 2、Collect market and competitors' info through effective channels, stay informed about market trends, and make necessary adjustments to existing sales strategies. 3、Develop monthly sales plans in alignment with annual goals to ensure departmental tasks are completed. All in all, Effective supplier relationship management and contract negotiation. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing supplier accounts, converting third-party relationships, promoting a system, gathering market intelligence, monitoring bookings, supporting various teams, building supplier relationships, and analyzing market data.
职位要求
Job Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Experience with overseas OTA platforms is preferred. 2、Fluent in English for business negotiations, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. 3、1-3 years of experience in overseas business negotiations is preferred. Accumulated resources with regional travel agency clients are advantageous. 4、Proactive and adaptable to travel, capable of independent work, and strong ability to handle pressure.
