职位职责
1.Client Development: Collect international client information, establish and improve client information files; proactively seek international market resources, actively develop client channels, communicate and visit international clients to understand their needs, and promptly feedback client product requirements; establish and maintain client relationships to achieve sales goals. 2.Product Sales: Responsible for selling various self-developed products of the company, reasonably formulating sales strategies, allocating and controlling sales expenses, and completing sales tasks on time. 3.Sales Support: Responsible for completing tasks related to understanding samples, order follow-up, loan recovery, and after-sales service to ensure smooth connection of each link, presenting and maintaining the product value for clients. 4.Market Information Collection: Collect information on international market product demand, import and export policies, international exhibitions, industry associations, and other market information resources, and propose sales promotion plans and suggestions. 5.Market Research and Promotion: Regularly survey market trends, grasp client demand trends and competitor information, provide references for the company's sales strategy formulation; organize and participate in relevant exhibitions to promote the company's products and services; work with the marketing department to optimize and adjust market strategy direction, and continuously improve the market competitiveness of existing products. 6.Team Building: Participate in team building, assist team members in completing sales tasks, and improve the overall sales performance of the team. 7.Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.
职位要求
1. Over 5 years of experience in overseas sales, with experience in international engineering sales or relevant local key client resources. 2. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and able to use it as a working language. 3. Good appearance and demeanor, with strong communication and expression skills. 4. Strong self-motivation, high stress tolerance, and a strong sense of responsibility. 5. Keen market insight, forward-thinking, and clear logical thinking. 6. Passionate about sales work and able to undertake overseas business trips.
