We are seeking a dedicated and creative Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and bread. Follow and execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistency in flavor and appearance. Develop and test new recipes, contributing to menu innovation and seasonal offerings. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert production with other meal elements. Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure a visually appealing presentation. Assist in training and mentoring junior pastry staff. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a bakery or restaurant. Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production. Creativity and artistic ability in dessert presentation. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
