职位职责
1. Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing different methods (e.g. market mapping, social networking, referrals, job boards, businessintelligence) in a high- performance manner 2. Develop logical sourcing strategies for each role recruited 3. Update the JK system (our database) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity 4. Screen candidates CVs against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain requiredinformation 5. Develop an acute awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs 6. Develop and grow your pools of great people
职位要求
1. University Degree and above 2. Good Written and Oral English 3. Excellent Communication Skills, with a Good Phone Manner 4. Positive Learning Attitude 5. Multi-Tasking Abilities 6. At least 2-3years stay with Company 6. Need both Chinese and foreigners who meet requirements.
