1. Copy Writing - Understand new products and actively communicate with the product development department, write English product market copy, packaging copy, and product promotion strategies based on product features; - Responsible for related product brochures, copywriting and finalization - Responsible for communicating with foreign offices on related product copy modification and translation work 2. Customer Support - Manage large amounts of customer inquiries through email, projects web pages and/ or social media. - Handle customer complaints , provide solutions and/or alternatives within a short period of time, follow up and keep records of the interaction with each customer. - Work in close collaboration with Logistics Teams from all offices (USA, Netherlands, Japan and China) to arrange product/ shipping and general information. - Build strong relationship and trust with the customers through interactive communication - Provide accurate and updated information using the right methods and tools. 3. Acquisition of Product Designers - Identify promising candidates for publication on the DesignNest platform

- Bachelor Degree or above - Customer Orientation - Organized - Logistics Experience (Desirable but not necessary) - Strong marketing planning capabilities, good ability to control the text, good at selling points and differentiated concept text extraction; - Strong team spirit, can withstand a certain amount of work pressure; - Meet with Chinese Visa requirements - Industrial Design background or experience within the field Language Requirements: - Excellent English Communications skills (writing and speaking) - Dutch and / or Chinese language is a plus but not mandatory
