Tracked the team's project planning and work coordination, led the engineering team to complete project development and document management; 2. New project product development process and management, process, BOM document management. 3. Be fully responsible for leading the improvement of the process and production, and assist to complete the engineering and production transfer of new products. 4. Organized the formulation and decomposition of the department's annual key work objectives and plans, and tracked, supervised, assessed, summarized and adjusted the department's key work tasks quarterly and monthly; 5. Reviewed the drawing, mold design, process and technical plan of project development, and realized the technical requirements of customers. 6. Reasonably arranged and supervised the work of subordinates, regularly organized the study and communication within the department and team building activities, and cultivated and improved their professional and management abilities; 7. Answer customers' technical questions, communicate with them and provide technical support 8. Assessed and implemented department KPI based on company and central KPI objectives;

Qualifications:1. Mechanical engineering background 2. Proficient in using 3D design software (UG/pro-e) and experience in mold design. 3. Proficient in WORD, EXCEL and related computer applications 4. Project management experiences 5. Familiar with product development process system, with strong project management ability. (DOE, HVT, DVT etc....) 6. Chinese speakers, basic communication. 7. Good logic and organization, strong communication and coordination skills.
