Job responsibilities 1. Reception Receive visiting customers warmly and professionally, provide necessary counseling and guidance services. Record visitors' information accurately and notify relevant personnel or departments in a timely manner to ensure customers receive timely response. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area to ensure a comfortable and professional environment. 2. Administrative Support Assist senior management of the company in handling daily administrative affairs, such as arranging meetings, booking air tickets and hotels, and organizing documents. Responsible for handling mail, courier and telephone calls to ensure timely delivery and processing of information. Assist in handling internal document flow and approval process to ensure smooth administrative work. 3. Information management and confidentiality Responsible for registering, organizing and filing visitors' information to ensure information security. Abide by the company's confidentiality rules, do not disclose company secrets and customer information. 4. Communication and Coordination Maintain good communication with all departments within the company to ensure smooth flow of information. Assist in dealing with emergencies and emergencies, and report to superior leaders in time.
