Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Implementation
• Analyze international market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights for company decision-making.
• Formulate phased objectives and actionable plans based on the company’s development strategy.
2. Team Management
• Lead and build an efficient foreign trade team, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
• Develop team members' professional skills and business acumen to enhance overall team performance.
3. Business Development
• Expand international markets, establish, and maintain overseas customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote and sell new products to increase the company’s market share internationally.
4. Business Negotiations
• Conduct business negotiations with overseas clients, draft contracts, and ensure maximum company benefits.
• Address and resolve issues and disputes during the trade process to ensure smooth transactions.
5. Risk Management
• Identify and evaluate risks in foreign trade operations and implement appropriate risk control measures.
• Ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and international trade rules.

职位要求
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
• Over 5 years of experience in foreign trade within the die-casting industry and 3 years in managing foreign trade teams.
• Familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations, with proven success in foreign trade business development.
• Possess overseas client resources, supply chain networks, and industry connections.
3. Professional Skills
• Strong market analysis, marketing strategy, and business negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of foreign trade business development.
• Effective in team building and management, communication, coordination, and leadership.
• Extensive experience in organizing overseas exhibitions, direct client visits, market development, and information gathering.
4. Personal Attributes
• Highly responsible and dedicated, capable of handling work pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen market insight, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to exploring new markets.
