工作职责
Market Expansion: Develop the Russian market by identifying potential clients, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting company products. Sales Planning: Participate in formulating the company's international market expansion strategy and sales plans, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and performance indicators. Customer Follow-up: Follow up on customer needs, provide product consultation and solutions, finalize sales contracts, and coordinate order execution. Exhibitions and Research: Attend international trade exhibitions and fairs, conduct market research, and gather and organize market information and competitor intelligence. Internal Coordination: Coordinate internal resources, handle customer complaints and after-sales service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting and Improvement: Regularly report sales performance and market trends to the sales manager, and propose sales strategies and improvement suggestions.
职位要求
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, International Economics and Trade, or related fields. Work Experience: One to three years of experience in foreign trade business, familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations. Language Skills: Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to conduct business communication and document processing in English. Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and international trade platforms, with basic data analysis skills. Communication Skills: Strong communication and business negotiation skills, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure. Market Insight: Good international market insight and market development ability, with experience in international trade exhibitions preferred.
