- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough research on the Russian market to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends. Analyzing market data and information to understand customer needs and preferences, and developing strategies to target specific market segments. - Customer Acquisition and Management: Actively searching for and establishing relationships with potential customers in Russia. Managing a portfolio of clients, including maintaining regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to their problems. Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Sales Targets and Performance: Setting and achieving sales targets in the Russian market. Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. - Order Management and Delivery: Handling the entire order management process, including receiving orders, coordinating with internal teams for production or fulfillment, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Managing any issues or concerns related to orders and ensuring smooth communication with customers. - Business Development and Expansion: Exploring new business opportunities in the Russian market, including identifying potential partners or distributors. Developing and executing plans to expand sales channels and increase market presence. - Participation in Trade Events and Exhibitions: Attending trade events, exhibitions, and conferences in Russia to promote products or services, meet potential customers, and establish business relationships. - Reporting and Communication: Regularly reporting on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management. Communicating effectively with other departments within the company to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of sales orders.
