Job Description  Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers for CW lasers and handheld laser welding in the assigned region;  Develop sales in the regional market to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and potential pricing targets;  Identify new sales opportunities and target markets;  Develop sales strategies to increase sales and profits;  Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities;  Setup regular strategic plans and forecasts for sales in the assigned region;  Proactively maintain product and technical knowledge to expected standard;  Work closely with the after-sales team to improve customer satisfaction level;  Gain a deep understanding of customer expectation, identify and fill product gaps and  Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;  Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;  Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;  Manage product profitability and commercial success;  Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market;  Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements and issues;  Participate on fairs and exhibitions;  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions;  Other assignments by the company.
