Main responsibilities
Customer development and maintenance
Actively search for potential customers and establish customer information files through market research, participation in industry exhibitions, and other means.
Regularly visit customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product or service solutions.
Maintain existing customer relationships, promptly address customer issues and feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales promotion and negotiation
Introduce the advantages of the company's products or services to customers, promote new products or promotional activities.
Negotiate prices, delivery times, and other business matters with customers to reach sales contracts or orders.
Track the execution of sales contracts to ensure timely delivery and payment of orders.
Market information collection and analysis
Pay attention to industry trends and competitor situations, collect market information and customer feedback.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide reference for company product improvement and market strategy adjustment.
Participate in market research activities, assist in developing market promotion plans and sales strategies.
Sales target achievement and reporting
Develop a personal sales plan based on the sales goals set by the company and strive to achieve it.
Regularly report sales progress, customer situation, and market trends to superiors.
Analyze sales data, summarize lessons learned, and propose improvement suggestions.
Teamwork and coordination
Maintain good communication and cooperation with team members to jointly complete sales tasks.
Coordinate internal and external resources to provide timely and efficient services to customers.
Participate in team meetings and training activities, share sales experience and skills.
职位要求
The main requirements are:
- High level of Chinese is required (at least oral);
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in sales, business and marketing;
- Network in F&B business; know about local restaurants, bars, cafes.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment ;
