Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Support
Receive customer inquiries, answer customers' questions and provide professional and accurate information through various channels such as telephone, email and online chat.
Receive customer complaints, record and analyze problems, coordinate with relevant departments to solve them in a timely manner, and ensure that customer problems are properly handled.
Follow up customer feedback, collect customer needs and suggestions, and provide reference for the company's product and service improvement.
Business Processing and Coordination
Handle daily business such as customer orders, returns, invoices, etc. to ensure smooth business processes.
Coordinate internal and external resources and cooperate with relevant departments to solve problems encountered by customers in the process of business processing.
Track the progress of business processing and provide timely feedback to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Maintenance
Communicate with customers on a regular basis to understand changes in customer needs and provide personalized service solutions.
Establish and maintain customer files, record customer information and communication records, and provide customers with continuous, high-quality service.
Explore potential customers, promote business growth and enhance customer value.
Team Building and Training
Participate in the daily work of the customer service team and assist the team in accomplishing their goals.
Share service experience and skills to enhance the service level of team members.
Participate in team training to learn new knowledge and skills and improve overall personal qualities.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Perform statistics and analysis on customer service data to identify service bottlenecks and room for improvement.
Write customer service reports to report the progress and results of service work to supervisors.
职位要求
- At least Bachelor degree majoring in Finance or Accounting related fields
- At least 2-3 years working experience in working with accountancy and consulting companies. Engagements in business consulting projects in financing, business process management and controlling is certainly a plus.
- Experiences in using accounting and ERP software is certainly a plus.
- An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written in English and Chinese
