Regularly update and optimize training plans based on business development and market changes, ensuring the timeliness and relevance of training content. Training Course Design and Development Design and develop targeted and practical training courses based on training needs, including course content, teaching methods, teaching materials, etc. Pay attention to industry trends and cutting-edge knowledge, integrate the latest concepts and skills into curriculum design, and enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of the curriculum. Training implementation and teaching According to the training plan, organize and implement internal and external training programs to ensure the smooth progress of training activities. Adopting various teaching methods and means, such as lectures, case studies, role-playing, etc., to enhance the learning interest and participation of students. Track the training process, adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner, and ensure that the training results achieve the expected goals. Training effectiveness evaluation and feedback Design and implement a training effectiveness evaluation system, collect and analyze feedback from trainees, and evaluate training effectiveness. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minimum 1 year work experience, training-related experience strongly preferred. 3. Good English skills both in written and verbal. 4.
