Main responsibilities Training needs analysis and plan formulation Conduct in-depth research on the training needs of various departments and employees in the company, analyze existing training resources, and develop training plans that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs. Regularly update and optimize training plans based on business development and market changes, ensuring the timeliness and relevance of training content. Training Course Design and Development Design and develop targeted and practical training courses based on training needs, including course content, teaching methods, teaching materials, etc. Pay attention to industry trends and cutting-edge knowledge, integrate the latest concepts and skills into curriculum design, and enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of the curriculum. Training implementation and teaching According to the training plan, organize and implement internal and external training programs to ensure the smooth progress of training activities. Adopting various teaching methods and means, such as lectures, case studies, role-playing, etc., to enhance the learning interest and participation of students. Track the training process, adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner, and ensure that the training results achieve the expected goals. Training effectiveness evaluation and feedback Design and implement a training effectiveness evaluation system, collect and analyze feedback from trainees, and evaluate training effectiveness. Based on the evaluation results, continuously improve the training courses and teaching methods to enhance the quality of training. Regularly report training results and improvement suggestions to the company's management, providing data support for the company's training decisions. Training resource construction and management Establish and maintain the company's training resource library, including course materials, teaching videos, external lecturer resources, etc. Work closely with various departments to promote the construction of internal lecturer teams and enhance internal training capabilities. External cooperation and expansion Establish cooperative relationships with external training institutions and experts, and introduce high-quality training resources and courses. Participate in industry exchanges and seminars, understand the latest training concepts and methods, and improve the company's training level.
职位要求
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minimum 1 year work experience, training-related experience strongly preferred. 3. Good English skills both in written and verbal. 4. Strong learning ability and self-study spirit. 5. Strong communication skills. 6. Good team player and open-minded. 7. Basic instructional design and facilitation skills preferred.
