Overall delivery excellence with focus on delivery efficiencies, customer satisfaction and employee retention resulting in business sustainability and growth. P&L management to achieve QA financial KPI and work seamlessly with sales teams for business assurance. Drive TCoE processes, best practises and continuous innovation to enable capability upgrade and expansion aligned to market trends, client asks, competitor landscape and partner solutions. Support business development with capability demonstrations, solutioning, proposal works and client discussions. Ensure structured feedback is provided to the testing teams and to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the agreed project schedule and quality requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building relationships and achieving results without a direct reporting relationship. Develop Project Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Approval Report. Review test deliverables developed by Test Manager cum Test Lead. Develop Daily/Weekly status report. Manage overall testing deliverables for reviews and signoff. Facilitate communication between different stakeholder teams of project / CR. Perform test management activities (e.g. assist PM for PSC update, risk mitigation action plan, manage stakeholders during testing phase, lead and arrange meetings with key stakeholders pertaining to test planning) Support getting the clarity on testing requirements. Lead defect triage meetings and classification of defects. Responsible for reporting all the applicable metrics / SLAs as per communication plan. Provide support during testing escalations. Ensure timely escalations of critical issues to the test management. Provide operational / day to day status reports to Business PM and IT PM. Interacting with IT team for resolving environment related issues and any support requirements. Attend Project Steering Committee meeting.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. At least 10+ years of Software Quality Assurance Testing in a hands-on QA and testing role, minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams of highly competent QA staff in a Banking environment will be preferred. Deep understanding of BFSI industry regulations, compliance requirements, and security standards. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, delivering IT services, and driving service improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Certification in (e.g., ITIL Foundation, PMP) is a plus. At least 3 years of experience with QA and cloud compliance preferred. Vendor experience is required. Experience in managing a testing team with size > 20. Good track records in testing project end to end delivery in both waterfall and agile Proficiency / familiarity in QA tool landscape across software testing life cycle. Experience in managing P&L for at least >10m portfolio. Excellent leadership skills in stakeholder (internal/external) management, crisis management, business acumen and decision making with lead by example. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
