Analyze transportation industry and market development trends, identify long-term uncertainties and significant industry opportunities affecting the company, make judgments and forecasts, and produce analysis reports to provide forward-looking decision support for company development strategies. 2. Conduct high-end pre-sales technical marketing work, engage in technical exchanges and preliminary demand discussions with senior clients, guide client needs, and propose targeted solutions. 3. Lead the team to complete top-level design, planning consulting, integration implementation, product design, and other tasks related to the transportation industry. 4. Conduct research on smart transportation technology, deeply understand industry development trends, master cutting-edge technologies, and develop new technical products. 5. Provide technical guidance on major projects, resolve project issues, integrate internal and external product and service capabilities, and create benchmark projects and products. 6. Plan for the internal technical team, propose staff training programs, and guide team development.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Intelligent Systems, Communications, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. 2. Proficient in information system design, with over 5 years of experience in smart transportation consulting, planning, top-level design, implementation, integration, or development. Experience in top-level design and overall planning is preferred. Technical marketing experience and extensive experience in government reporting and communication are required. 3. Strong logical and structured thinking, with excellent language organization and communication skills. Ability to solve problems and handle pressure effectively. Willing to accept periodic travel. 4. Proficiency in English for communication with clients is preferred. 5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
