工作职责
Job Responsibilities 1. Brand Culture Promotion: Provide customers with accurate introductions to the brand culture, product concepts, and advantages. Operate social media accounts according to regulations. Ensure the standardization of store operations during the shift (including personal image grooming, clean and tidy store and warehouse environments, and proper displays) to ensure customers have a positive brand experience. 2. Sales Achievement: Be familiar with service processes and sales techniques, provide good customer reception services, build trust with customers, and efficiently achieve performance targets. 3. Team Collaboration: Unite with colleagues, collaborate and assist each other, fully understand and quickly implement the work arrangements of the store manager. 4. Commodity and Asset Management: Be responsible for tasks such as inspection, replenishment, return and exchange of goods, display, store cleanliness, and back - office operations arranged by the store manager during the shift. 5. Others: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求
Job Requirements 1. Good appearance and temperament, fluent in Thai, proficient in English communication, and those who can speak Chinese will be given priority. 2. Strong customer service awareness, friendly, and good at teamwork. 3. Recognize and like our brand culture and products. 4. Have self - motivation, a sense of responsibility, and a mindset of continuous learning, openness, and inclusiveness. 5. Have a certain ability to empathize and be able to provide meticulous customer service. 6. Have at least 1 year of sales experience in the same industry or the fashion new - retail industry. 7. Be familiar with basic computer operations (Excel, Word). 8. A college degree or above is preferred.
