职位职责
1、负责当地公司进口客户维护,报价,以及异常情况的处理。 2、负责日常进口跟单操作,费用申请,报关衔接,送货签收,账单确认催收,资料归档等。 3、新能源进口业务咨询,SOP流程优化,与启运港的衔接。 4、协助上级完成其他相关工作。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for maintaining and quoting import customers for local companies, as well as handling abnormal situations. 2. Responsible for daily import documentation operations, expense applications, customs clearance coordination, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data archiving, etc. 3. Consultation on new energy import business, optimization of SOP process, and connection with the port of departure. 4. Assist superiors in completing other related tasks.
职位要求
1、年龄35周岁以下,大学学历,国际贸易专业优先,中文熟练。 2、有进口物流客服或操作经验,熟悉泰国进口报关流程以及相关政策。 3、工作认真细致,责任心强,良好的团队协作能力,高效抗压,具有较强的服务意识和服务技巧,有一定的社会活动能力。 Job requirements: 1. Age under 35 years old, university degree, international trade major preferred, proficient in Chinese. 2. Have experience in import logistics customer service or operation, familiar with Thailand's import customs declaration process and related policies. 3. Serious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability, efficient stress resistance, strong service awareness and skills, and certain social activity ability.
