职位职责
1. Represent Microsoft and communicate with most Microsoft Cloud customers; 2. Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people; 3. Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with issues to help customers achieve MS Cloud products deployment and customer satisfaction; 4. Drive customer usage on Microsoft Cloud products; 5. Document incidents, report customer suggestions and issues to Microsoft.
职位要求
1. Native Australian speakers 2. At least 1 year working experience in IT Support area; 3. Technical skills in Windows Operating systems/Networking/Exchange Server/SharePoint Server/Lync Server products are preferred; 4. Good grammar and spelling in written communications; 5. Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines; 6. Patience and Empathy in customer interactions; 7. Inbound customer service skillset in field of software technologies;
