Job Description: - Master the principles and product features of the company's laser welding inspection equipment; - Mastering the product on-site installation process, including DOE validation and equipment delivery; - Timely processing of customer problems and continuous improvement of technical services; - Build up the company brand image, improve the efficiency of project execution and customer satisfaction; - Assigned to the customer's first-line site work. Remuneration package: 1. Monthly salary: Rs. 100,000~150,000 fixed + performance bonus ① Fixed salary based on interview evaluation; ② Monthly performance factor 0~50%; ③ For example, monthly salary of Rs. 150,000, performance bonus of Rs. 0~75,000, total monthly salary fluctuates between Rs. 150,000-225,000. 2. Year-end bonus of 1 month; 3. payment of overtime as prescribed by law; 4. in summary, the annual salary ranges from Rs. 1.3 million to more than Rs. 3 million. Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30-12:00/13:30-18:30, 8.5 hours/day; Overtime may be worked on weekday evenings and weekends and will be paid in accordance with attendance rules; Overtime is counted after 19:00 on weekdays and overtime on weekends = clock-in time minus 1.5 hours between 12:00-13:30.

Requirements: - Possess Chinese + English language skills, able to communicate through oral dialog and written text; - Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering; - Experience in technical support work is preferred; - Practical, responsible, good communication and strong learning ability; - May be responsible for other projects within India in the future, need to accept some travel and geographical flexibility.
