- Provide academic English courses for Chinese university students who may transfer to overseas universities in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. - Perform administrative functions in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to recording attendance and providing written feedback on student assessments. - Address individual student needs and issues both in and out of the classroom. - Actively participate in and encourage professional development activities between AEMG China and local teachers. - Participate in weekly AEMG chapter meetings. - Help to create a team atmosphere that contributes to the delivery of a high quality English program. - Workload: 38 hours per week, including 20-21 hours of face-to-face teaching and 17-18 hours of office time.

- Master's degree or higher; - CELTA, TEFL or TESOL certification preferred; - At least one year of experience teaching EAP at an accredited institution; - Experience teaching online is preferred.
