Job Responsibilities:
1. Community Building and Planning: Based on the characteristics of the US market and user needs, plan and build an attractive and interactive user community. Ensure the perfection of community functions and the optimization of user experience, and enhance the usability and aesthetics of the community.
2. User Operation and Growth: Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition, retention, and activation. Attract more US users to join the community and increase the number and activity of community users through online and offline activities, social media promotion, etc. Deeply understand the behaviors, habits, and needs of US users, and create user profiles to provide accurate data support and decision - making basis for community operation. Pay attention to user feedback and suggestions, promptly handle user problems and complaints, maintain good user relationships, and improve user satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Content Operation and Management: Plan and produce community content that suits the preferences and cultural backgrounds of US users, including topics, articles, videos, etc., to improve the quality and attractiveness of community content. Guide users to participate in content creation and sharing, establish an active content ecosystem, and enhance the content richness and interactivity of the community. Review and manage community content to ensure it complies with community rules and laws and regulations, and create a healthy and positive community atmosphere.
4. Event Planning and Execution: Regularly plan and organize various online and offline community activities to improve user participation and community cohesion. Be responsible for the whole - process execution and monitoring of activities, including activity promotion,registration organization, on - site execution, and activity summary. Analyze event data,summarize event experience, continuously optimize event planning and execution plans, and improve the quality and effectiveness of activities.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish a data indicator system for community
operation, regularly analyze and evaluate community operation data, including the number of users, activity level, retention rate, content interaction, etc., to promptly identify problems and opportunities. Based on the data analysis results, develop targeted optimization strategies and plans to continuously improve the community operation effect and enhance the influence and commercial value of the community.
Qualifications:
6. A bachelor's degree or above, with 1 - 3 years of experience in community operation or related fields. Those with experience in operating communities for US users are preferred.
7. Familiar with US social media platforms and culture, and understand the behavior patterns and needs of US users.
8. Possess good content planning and writing skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, event planning and execution abilities, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and stress - resistance ability.
