职位职责
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and MRO materials, tracking stock levels, and ensuring sufficient quantities are available to meet demands. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against orders, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with specifications. Cataloging and Organization: Accurately catalog, label, and organize parts and materials within the warehouse for easy retrieval and accessibility. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, distributions, returns, and discrepancies, utilizing inventory management systems such as SAP. Order Fulfillment: Process requests for spare parts efficiently, picking items from inventory, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery to the designated departments or customers. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and planners to fulfill orders promptly, communicate any discrepancies or shortages, and ensure a smooth flow of materials. Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels, initiate reorder requests to prevent stockouts, and ensure a continuous supply of critical spare parts. Maintenance and Safety: Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards, conducting regular checks on equipment and storage conditions. Problem-solving: Address issues related to incorrect shipments, damaged parts, or discrepancies in inventory, resolving them efficiently to minimize disruptions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. Assisting Other Departments: Assist Finished Goods (FG) Clerk in receiving finished goods and ensure materials are correctly transferred and documented.
职位要求
Required Skills/Abilities Proficiency in SAP/EWM software. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of related experience in inventory management or a warehouse environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 25-50 pounds. Ability to work in an ambient temperature warehouse environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to accurately count and manage inventory.
