As a Western-food chef and culinary instructor, you will play a key role in imparting your expertise in baking and other aspects of Western cuisine to our students. Your responsibilities will include: Course Instruction: Designing and delivering engaging and comprehensive baking courses that cover a range of techniques, including pastry making, bread baking, cake decorating, and dessert creation. Practical Demonstrations: Conducting practical demonstrations to showcase proper baking methods, ingredient handling, and presentation techniques. Hands-On Training: Providing hands-on training sessions where students can practice and refine their skills under your guidance. Curriculum Development: Collaborating with the curriculum development team to create new course materials, recipes, and learning resources to ensure that our programs remain relevant and effective. Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards of culinary excellence and ensuring that all courses meet our quality benchmarks. Student Support: Providing personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and maximize their learning potential. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in Western baking and culinary arts to enhance the quality of instruction.
职位要求
Proven experience as a Western-food chef with expertise in baking and pastry. Previous experience as a culinary instructor or demonstrator is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Western culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring chefs. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of students. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (preferred).
