Job description: 1、 Supplier assessment of potential suppliers,Output conclusion of SQE,Participate in technical reviews and identify risks of suppliers; 2、 Follow up on the development progress of body parts,follow the APQP development process, fully identify project development and quality risks, complete PPAP signing work on time;(Participate in the development of twonew projects and three Modified projects) 3、 Be responsible for Process review of supplier tooling development,including die、 Jig and C/F; 4、 Coordinate with factories, responsible for resolving supplier's quality issues; 5、 Responsible for the daily management of the SQE body team and assisting team members in completing the rectification and promotion of key component issues。

Job description: 1、 Responsible for production development of Body parts , including evaluating the supplier’s capability、releasing RFQ data、WS1&WS2 engineering clarification、 confirming tooling(Die、Jig、C/F)process and buy-off、dealing with engineering change、playing PCF activities; 2、 Responsible for supplier’s APQP condition,submitting qualified parts and documents,preparing LRR meeting and initial quality management, confirm PPAP; 3、 Responsible for BIW building,including preparing bidding documents、releasing order and data、confirming technology information、tooling process and buy-off、 building management on scene、dealing with problems and L&L summary; (Until now finish 5 new BIW prototype) 4、 Leading to solve design problems and quality problems of every node,support to finish BIW qualified rate Continuous improvement; 5、 As a coordinate of BIW parts, lead body team to complete a series of development tasks from the early project determination and planning to design development, process development and launch; (Act as coordinate of twoproject) 6、 Finishing other work related to product development; (Until now finish project develop of 7 new car and 2 modified car.)
