(4 years 1 month) I oversaw the technical requirements of Glow Church. This included all things involving live events as well as the IT infrastructure backbone. My weekly duties involved managing a team of 50+ people to deliver a world class production on the Gold Coast, involving DiGiCo SD9 FOH, DiGiCo SD9 with Waves for Broadcast, Grand Ma 2 for Lighting Control, Blackmagic Constellation for the Vision Switcher, 4x Blackmagic URSA Broadcast Gen2 running 4k over fibre, PixaPanel Quantum 3 LED screen powered by Novastar, driven by Resolume Arena 7. I was the main producer for each event, however I occasionally operated lighting, IMAG, Camera Director as well as Resolume operator, as well as programmed Lighting and Vision in my weekly duties. I also designed and installed the technical aspects of the Sydney and Melbourne locations, as well as oversaw the stage designs for all conferences, set designs and retreats using Capture 2022. The IT infrastructure I installed relied upon the UNIFI product range, allowing 20Gb backbone fibre to interconnect servers and nodes, allowing VPN access from all locations. During my time at Glow, I worked on multimillion dollar projects, overseeing the design and installation of complex technical workflows to be made simple for everyday operators using the venues. I oversaw the creation of the online campus, 4 conferences, 4 retreats, 3 youth events, 4 building projects, 2 upgrades, the fit-out of the IT infrastructure and oversaw the Gold Coast Location.
