2021 Duties • Collected industrial effluent from industries around Bulawayo to check its quality and the effectiveness of the treatment process • Collected waste water samples from treatment plants around the city to check if quality complies with the set standards • Prepared reagents for lab procedures • Carried out analytical tests on foods, recreational water, reclaimed water, drinking water and water, using international accepted methods, to ensure that these meet the recognized local, national and international standards of quality • Conducted research and data collection tasks to support laboratory activities
