职位职责
1、Fully implement the administrative management budget of the China headquarters, comply with the administrative management requirements of the headquarters and the company, diligently execute administrative management regulations and implementation details, and ensure that the company's overall management level meets government requirements.
1、 全面执行中国总部的行政管理预算,服从总部及公司行政管理要求,认真执行行政管理规定和实施细则,确保公司整体管理水平符合政府要求;
2、Manage various fixed assets in the office, including equipment and facilities, and maintain the office environment to ensure the smooth conduct of the company's daily operations.
2、 负责办公室的各种固定资产管理,包括设备和设施、办公环境的维护,确保公司的日常工作顺利开展;
3、Assist in handling employee recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes, and support Chinese headquarters employees with work visas, living arrangements, medical needs, and other related tasks.
3、 协助办理员工的招聘、入离职手续办理,做好中国总部员工的工作签证、生活安排、就医需求等工作的支持;
4、Draft daily office management documents and ensure all materials are collected and filed properly.
4、 日常办公管理文件的行文,并做好所有资料的收集与归档工作;
5、Assist in the application for company operation qualifications, coordinate with external government departments, and support the company's platform operations to ensure normal business activities.
5、 协助处理公司运营资质的申请,与协调对外政府部门联络的工作,配合公司完成各项平台的运营工作,保证公司的正常业务开展;
6、Assist in the reception of customers from the China headquarters or the company, provide translation and driver support, and promptly address issues arising during the reception process.
6、 配合中国总部或公司的客户的接待任务,提供翻译和司机支持,及时解决在接待过程中产生的问题;
7、Support various tasks assigned by the China headquarters, such as qualification applications and daily office operations.
7、 配合中国总部交办的各项支持工作,如:资质申请、日常办公工作的运营等;
8、Accept and complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
8、 接受和完成领导交办的其他任务
职位要求
1、Associate degree or above, fluent in Chinese and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
1、专科及以上学历,中泰文听说读写流利
2、Good service awareness and cross-departmental coordination ability.
2、 较好的服务意识和跨部门协调能力;
3、Excellent communication, organizational, and stress management skills.
3、 良好的沟通、组织和抗压能力;
4、Proficient in using various office software.
4、 熟练使用办公各项软件;
5、Possess a valid driver's license.
5、 持有驾驶执照。
