1, Possess in-depth knowledge of ballet technique and theory to be able to teach correct ballet movements, steps and dance combinations to students. Understand the history, theory, technique and performance requirements of ballet in order to better instruct students. 2, Develop individualised teaching plans according to the student's age, level and teaching objectives. Ensure that students are able to acquire the required skills and knowledge within the specified time and continue to improve their dance skills. 3, Regularly assess students' performance in terms of accuracy, rhythm, co-ordination and expressiveness of movements. Give students timely feedback and guidance to help them improve and enhance. 4, Organise students to participate in various rehearsals and performances, including school performances, competitions and community activities. Ensure students' dance performances are at their best and provide students with necessary support and guidance. 5, Maintain good classroom discipline and ensure that students are able to learn in a safe and orderly environment. Set and enforce classroom rules to ensure students are disciplined and maintain a good attitude towards learning. 6, Maintain close contact with parents and keep them informed of students' learning and progress. To answer parents' queries and provide necessary advice and support in order to jointly promote the development of students.

1, Bachelor degree or above in Dance Education, Dance Performance or other related majors. 2, Have profound knowledge of ballet technique and theory, including movement, pace, combination and performance. Proficient in basic ballet movements and techniques and able to teach them to students. 3, With more than one year of teaching experience, able to make personalised teaching plan according to students' age, level and needs, and able to instruct students effectively. 4，Possess good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents and other teachers. Ability to express their opinions and ideas clearly and to listen to the opinions and suggestions of others. 5, Possess some organisational and leadership skills, able to organise and manage students in various rehearsals and performances. Ability to stimulate students' motivation and creativity, and to lead students in various performance tasks.
