We also develop properties in Cyprus, Greece and Spain.Job Title: Real Estate (UK) Sales RepresentativeOffice Location: Guan Zhuang , Chaoyang District, BeijingJob Responsibilities:1/ introduce the overseas properties (in UK, Cyprus, Greece and Spain ) to Chinese customers, to achieve sales intention2/ to talk with the potential clients with PPT, to help them know more about our overseas properties3/ perhaps will take sales work on our property project in Europe in the future4/ to answer customer’s questions

Requirements:1/ this position only welcomes someone from UK (the United Kingdom).2/ good Chinese ability, HSK3 or above will be an advantage3/ bachelor degree or above4/ have sales experience, familiar with British cities, economy and environment.5/ if you have real estate sales experience, will be a big advantage6/ can help the client patiently – in real estate sales, the clients will have many questions, this requires you have good temper7/ can work in Guan Zhuang Area, Beijing. Someone now in China is most welcome, or you can come to work in China very easily8/ can take business trip to Europe in the future, to take sales work on our new property projects
