职位职责
Job responsibilities:1/ Accompany the Chairman on business negotiations, prepare the files and take coordination work;2/ Attend business reception activities, prepare the files and take the reception work;Attend conferences, take minutes of meeting;3/Deliver, collect and organize paperwork for the Chairman, guarantee timely communication of information;4/ Arrange agendas for the Chairman, along with necessary reminding and liaison;5/ Daily assignments from the Chairman.
职位要求
Job requirements:1/ native english speaker most welcome, or at least English close to native level2/ good Chinese language ability, can speak Chinese fluently3/ Bachelor degree or above, ,good competence of English oral communication, reading and interpretation;4/ Proficiency in Windows office software and usage of office equipment, have basic Internet knowledge;5/Personal accountability, strong time management skills and results oriented.6/ High level of integrity and trust.
