Main responsibilities Hardware R&D management Develop and execute hardware development plans to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. Monitor the progress of research and development, promptly resolve any issues that arise during the development process, and ensure the smooth progress of the project. Assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and provide career development guidance to members of the R&D team. Hardware design and optimization Participate in hardware product requirement analysis and architecture design, and propose innovative design solutions. Responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of hardware circuits to ensure that hardware performance meets requirements. Optimize the performance and reduce costs of existing hardware products to enhance their competitiveness. Hardware testing and verification Develop a hardware testing plan and organize team members to conduct hardware testing and verification work. Analyze test results, locate and resolve hardware faults, and ensure product quality. Collaborate with the software team to ensure compatibility and stability between software and hardware. supply chain management Responsible for the selection, procurement, and inventory management of hardware components to ensure the stability of the supply chain. Establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers, coordinate and solve problems that arise during the supply process. Accounting and controlling hardware costs to reduce product costs. Technical document writing and maintenance Write hardware design documents, test reports, and other related technical documents to ensure consistency with the actual product. Maintain and update technical documents to ensure that team members can easily access and use relevant information. Cross departmental collaboration and communication Maintain close communication with departments such as product, marketing, and sales to ensure that hardware products align with the company's overall strategy. Participate in important activities such as project reviews and product releases, provide technical support and answer related questions.

Education & Experience - BS or higher in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering - Chinese and English proficiency - 5+ years of industry experience - Previously brought a consumer hardware product from idea to market
