职位职责
Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and tracking for all system applications, software and hardware problems or failures. Provide support to users through telephone, email and IT desktop service systems, including problem identification, problem resolution, and upgrade and tracking when necessary. Maintain and optimize the network architecture using TCP/IP protocol (LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, messaging) According to the standard SLA, record, analyze, diagnose and solve problems in priority. Provide training and support services when necessary. IT fixed assets management. Perform other tasks assigned by superior management team
职位要求
Familiar with Internet related knowledge, including related technologies or protocols, trends and frontiers. Familiar with Windows XP and Windows 7 and computer, TCP/IP, Office 2007/2010. Strong problem-solving ability and error-solving skills, and be able to perform customer service under any circumstances. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Customer service and support experience at the PC or OS level (prior desktop maintenance experience is preferred)
