职位职责
1. Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the company's employees to ensure the good and efficient operation of the team 2. Responsible for the construction of the company's overall office environment and create a warm and comfortable office atmosphere 3. Assist the company's employee recruitment, onboarding, resignation, training, etc. 4. Record and sort out various administrative expenses, and do a good job in the management of various office supplies 5. Maintain the company's daily work order, and do a good job in the management and maintenance of office equipment 6. Assist in organizing and arranging company meetings and activities, and be responsible for external liaison and visitor reception 7. Assist in handling all kinds of temporary events and complete other affairs assigned by leaders
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in administrative positions 2. Strong affinity, able to live in harmony with colleagues in the company 3. Have a sense of ownership, good execution and driving force 4. English can be used as working language, native speakers of Spanish or Portuguese are preferred
