职位职责
1. Responsible for the recruitment of local employees in Indonesia, including developing recruitment plans, screening resumes, and arranging interviews, ensuring timely placement of personnel in all positions. 2. Conduct employee training and development to enhance the business capabilities and overall quality of local staff. Develop and implement a performance evaluation system to assess and provide feedback on employee performance. 3. Address employee relationship issues, such as preventing and handling labor disputes, to create a harmonious work environment. 4. Manage office space leasing matters, including finding suitable office locations, negotiating lease terms with landlords, and signing lease contracts. 5. Oversee the procurement, allocation, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment. 6. Organize and coordinate various internal meetings and activities to enhance team cohesion, maintaining good communication and cooperation with local government departments, partners, and ensuring the company operates in compliance with regulations. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求
1. Over 3 years of experience in human resources and administration, with good communication skills in Indonesian and Chinese, as well as excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese. 2. Familiar with various modules of human resource management and administrative management, possessing strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. 3. Familiar with local Indonesian culture and proficient in using office software. 4. Responsible, meticulous, and attentive to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, able to adapt to overseas work environments, and possessing strong stress resistance.
