职位职责
1. Develop and implement human resources strategies and management policies to ensure that the HR management of the Moscow branch aligns with the company's strategic goals. 2. Recruit for newly added or replacement positions according to the branch's development needs, ensuring timely onboarding. Additionally, manage HR processes such as training, performance evaluation, compensation, and benefits to ensure the efficient operation of the workforce. 3. Handle employee relations issues, facilitate communication between employees and management, and maintain a positive working environment. 4. Oversee administrative management, including office management, document management, and organizing meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations. 5. Formulate and enforce company regulations and policies to ensure work is standardized and compliant with legal requirements. 6. Analyze and report HR data, providing decision-making support to management. 7. Regularly report personnel and administrative matters to the Group's HR Director, maintaining synchronization with the headquarters.
职位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, management, or a related field, with proficiency in Russian for communication and work (mandatory requirement). 2. Extensive experience in HR and administrative management, familiar with the operations of various HR modules (mandatory requirement). 3. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, capable of handling complex interpersonal relationships. 4. Familiar with national laws and regulations, with strong legal awareness and risk management capabilities. 5. Strong writing and data analysis skills, capable of drafting policies, reports, and other documents. 6. Team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
